Micro-fabrication technology.

With this new and emerging technology, we can really reinvent new concepts so far unimaginable, think of a moment in all the innovations in electronic products have had these past few years, advances have been unimaginable, who would have been able to say, for example, that we currently carry in our pocket a computer with Gps and camera. Varying scales and processes of these new techniques, we can give life to new products until the date unthinkable.


Servocad bet strong in possibilities of miniaturization, and we're already initially applying this technology at the service of medicine, and linking to other disciplines, we are getting new and interesting new products of high technology, in a sector where actually still much to innovate and improve.

Samples of different parts and main set of a new prototype of micro electromechanical device:

- Conventional tweezers above and a new mechatronics micro tweezer disassembly parts below.


Miniaturized system for holding, positioning and placement of dental implants. the head of the tool only measures 1.3mm and inside incorporates a micro mechanism only 0.8 mm in diameter.


- Titanium ball link created by photolithography, only 1mm x 0.2 x 0.5 mm

- Main actuators and main control unit in 6 layers pcb, only 13 x 74 mm base, incorporates 5 servomotors with magnetic encoders, last new microprocessor QFN format in 32 bits, mini USB and network communication.


- High accuracy joint 1mm x 0.5 diameter made of Titanium grade 5.


- Main body of one of the high precision bearings, only 1mm in height x 0.4 diameter, made of surgical steel by photolithography and EDM.


-Micro Link chain composed of micro pins, sockets and connections, 1mm x 2mm.

-Miniature Pcb with module Bluetooth. 22mm diameter
